What you'll be doing
The Business Analyst / Project Manager will hold an important role in our client's new Change and Insights team, you will be responsible for leading or assisting delivery of a range of both large–scale change and smaller business improvement initiatives that generate measurable value.
This includes assessing feasibility of initiatives, defining resourcing and project plans, exploring and monitoring the benefits that can be delivered, embedding the change into BAU and producing QA reports. You will be the point of contact for project and wider business stakeholders alike, providing comprehensive and insightful updates on progress and risks and issues.

We would like you to have significant experience of a range of project types in analysis and management roles, preferably using agile methodology.
You'll be able to collaborate and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders and teams with varying levels of technical literacy.
You'll understand how agile projects deliver value incrementally and be able to evidence applying that in your previous role(s)
You'll be self–motivated and be able to manage your time to achieve agreed goals
You'll be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the problem solving, you'll strive to understand the core of the problem and help define optimal solutions to meet the business and customer needs
When and where you'll be doing it
You'll be based at our client's office in Bath but with the option for remote working.
