This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner, who enjoys working in a busy, fast–paced environment, to help attract, develop and retain the diverse and motivated talent needed to effectively deliver the strategy for the world's largest independent conservation organisation. Right now, our world is under threat like never before. But there is hope. You can make a difference by using your expertise to help embed ways of working that reflect our organisational values and enable our people to work with pride, agility and empowerment.
As HR Business Partner you will collaborate with HR colleagues and work closely with departmental leaders and line managers to provide dedicated partnering for client groups. We will look to you to help build organisational and people capabilities as well as shape and implement effective HR strategies. This will involve assisting to embed inclusiveness and diversity and finding enabling solutions for culture change and learning. You will also provide professional advice and guidance on HR matters in line with our policies and legislation, develop manager capability and drive a high–performance culture. You will support managers in handling employee relations or performance management issues too.
This is a rewarding and challenging role, requiring an HR professional who enjoys the broad spectrum of both planned and reactive HR work, and has a pragmatic and solutions focused approach. You will have significant experience of giving expert advice and guidance within a busy HR function as well as of providing both operational and strategic HR support. You will also possess up–to–date knowledge of employment law. An effective coach, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise your workload based on strategic and tactical priorities. You will possess excellent communication, relationship building and team working skills too.
If you are excited by the prospect of working to help develop and deliver the People Strategy for the world's largest independent conservation organisation, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up–to–date CV with the Supporting Statement highlighting what makes you a good fit for us.
Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio–economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you. Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.
Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work–life balance and being able to bring their 'full self' to work.
Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are
passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet's natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world
