Creative Director
Fast paced, International FX Brokerage
We are working with an exciting global FX broker that is continuously challenging its industry and is seeing considerable growth as a result. Image and communication are key and the Group already boasts a strong reputation in the market. They constantly strive to stay ahead of the competition and we are looking for a Creative Director to join their marketing division to assist with this. This person will work with the Head of Brand and the creative agency to ensure the visual identity of the brand is established and maintained across the Group globally. They will work to develop advertising campaigns and communications across all the company's regions.
Key responsibilities:
* Developing concepts for advertising campaigns and communications alongside the Head of Brand and creative agency
* Translating ideas to the team of designers/freelance designers across our regional offices, ensuring the brand guidelines are understood and adhered to
* Leading design projects and delivering to deadlines
* Assuming the role of Brand Guardian globally to maintain brand consistency and credibility
* Evaluating and reviewing all creative campaigns prior to sign off
* Hiring, developing and managing the global team of designers
* Working closely with the creative agency on the evolution of the brand strategy and visual identity
* Working across all marketing channels with a strong focus on digital execution
* Selecting external suppliers where necessary
Key Experience:
* 6+ years of creative/art direction experience
* Ability to develop creative campaigns to deliver on both global and regional marketing KPIs, being true to the brand identity
* Portfolio required (PDF or website link)
* Experience in managing a team of designers based across a variety of locations
* Candidate should be confident in the stringent management of the brand
* Experience of working in a regulated environment would be beneficial
* Able to work with minimum guidance or supervision
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs and processes
* Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related subject is a benefit
Salary GBP 65,000 per annum + bens
