A leading Legal 500 firm with offices in both Hertfordshire and Essex is seeking a senior commercial property solicitor for their Hertford-based office.
You will ideally have around 4-8 years experience as a commercial property solicitor and will therefore be able to handle your own caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, portfolio management work, and development matters whilst supervising junior staff. You would be joining an established team but you should have experience of marketing and business development.
