Our client is a well-established full-service law firm. As part of its succession planning and exciting expansion plans, it is currently recruiting a senior family solicitor approximately to join its Wokingham office.
This is a successful and collegiate firm of Solicitors, and the Department prides itself on the professional, sympathetic, and efficient service it provides.
The practice prides itself on being modern, and state of the art IT systems ensure that you can work seamlessly. As the practice has been paperless for a number of years, it can offer employees flexible working hours and the benefit of agile working.
The work will include a mixed caseload of divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, financial settlements, mediation, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements and Children Law matters.
You will deal with purely privately funded work (including high-net worth financial cases), and you should ideally be a member of Resolution. You will be encouraged to participate in actively growing the Department, as well as develop your own skills and career path.
The successful candidate will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
