Leading international law firm is looking to hire an Associate level lawyer to join their market-leasing Litigation & Arbitration team based in Leeds- the firm are also open to remote-working for this position.
Role Profile:
The role will be heavily involved in support on high value and complex litigation and arbitration, both domestically and on a cross-border basis. The role will be based in their Leeds office, but will involve working on a portfolio of cases on a national basis as well as working with other offices worldwide.

Role Profile:

Responsibilities:
You will:
- Work on a diverse portfolio of complex and high value, domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration cases.
- Contribute to the delivery of the highest technical standards of client service.
- Work closely with the other members of the team on the execution of key mandates.
- Assume responsibility for the running of lower value cases.
- Have excellent prospects for personal career development and advancement.
- Circa 2-6 years PQE, qualified in England & Wales and with a strong litigation and/or arbitration experience gained in a leading regional, national or City firm is preferable.
- A commitment to technical excellence, both in respect of procedure and black letter law.
- The ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively in a team, sharing information and knowledge.The ability to provide professional, quality service, executed in a timely manner and to respond
- effectively to requests from internal and external clients.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of current key legal and business issues.
- Experience of business development initiatives and the ability to identify ways to contribute collaboratively to the development of the team's relationships with clients.
- A desire to develop an effective network of internal and external contacts.
- Strong personal motivation, and a desire to manage and develop their own career path.
