What will you be doing?
Lead and motivate the established wholesale channel to market Sales teams in UK/Ireland and encouraging them to nurture/upsell to existing customers, whilst seeking opportunities to grow the retail customer base.
Gather market intelligence from the Sales team and provide structured feedback to the product team about future trends and customer insights.
Manage the Sales team's activities to include route planning assessment, sales activities (client visits, number of new opportunities identified, sales performance).
Lead the weekly Sales meeting to share figures and market knowledge.
Manage key accounts and support the owners in building deeper relationships with them
Assess potential new retailers (location, social media and online presence).
Recruit new Sales team members and liaise with customer service, accounts and marketing
Supporting customers with marketing activities whilst identifying new growth areas.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have the gravitas to lead your team, interact with key customers and work with your peers across the business
Digitally savvy – Douglas & Grahame continue to innovate and invest in new technology to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes
Proven Sales team manager
Experience/comfortable with working in a business undergoing transformation
Self–managing, motivated and an excellent communicator
Financially astute with an understanding of Management Information Systems
Understand brand positioning in the Apparel and Footwear markets in UK/Ireland
Ability to travel to visit customers and team members
