HR Business Partner
30 hours per week worked over 5 days (annualised hours available)
Salary c. GBP34,000 (GBP27,700 for 30 hours).
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced HR professional to join our team. Working alongside 2 other HR Business Partners, the role provides advice and support to managers across all our campuses. You will have experience of dealing with all kinds of casework including disciplinary, grievance and change management exercises; and be able to provide advice and guidance and design and deliver training in respect of HR policies and procedures.
You will be fully qualified to CIPD Level 7 and hold MCIPD status and ideally have experience of working in a public sector environment. In return we can offer a competitive salary, occupational pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and a great working environment. The 30 hours will need to be worked across 5 days but there is scope for these to operate on an annualised basis.

All new appointed employees are required to complete an enhanced DBS Check and register with the DBS Update Service. Please note: From the 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules therefore we have been instructed that we cannot accept any update service checks on DBS certificates that have been issued before this date. Therefore, a new one must be completed with the organisation
