My client is a successful entrepreneurial company that is looking to appoint an Interim Financial Controller.
Reporting into the Divisional Finance Director you will lead a small finance team to deliver timely and insightful financial and management reporting across the business. The role will encompass budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis to improve decision making, statutory reporting as well as a variety of ad-hoc projects.
This is a 'hands on' role that will work closely with operational heads supporting the business through the development and implementation of efficient and effective processes and controls.
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with good leadership and interpersonal skills. You will have good systems skills and a high level commercial acumen. The role offers a mix of home and office based working.
