The Job
The role will be responsible for the day to day running of the Commercial Property department. Duties will include dealing with business owners and commercial landlords, generating and carrying out market appraisals, listing and marketing Commercial Property generating and carrying out viewings and negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion.
The Person
The successful individual will be a pro–active and hard–working Commercial Property professional with a proven track record. You will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service.
