Head of Marketing – Consumer Brand Experience Needed – Amazing Company in Central London – up to GBP100k
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Marketing, with consumer brand experience, to join a rapidly growing, forward–thinking asset management company in Central London.
Whilst in the corporate arena, our client prides itself on it's media–like company culture – incredible offices, laid back approach and casual dress code.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running so you must be highly experienced in the full marketing mix. With a strategic yet creative approach, you will draw on all your previous experience and strong marketing skillset to shape, manage and execute the marketing plans, drive the re–brand and all the communications behind it and manage events including the new office launch and client/partner events.
The ideal candidate will be confident, charismatic, dynamic and incredibly organised; someone with the ability to think outside the box, who has boundless energy and flair and a good sense of humour.
Key responsibilities as the Head of Marketing will include:
- Managing the company re–brand including the design, new website design, merchandise and launch plans
- Developing new video/film creations
- Developing full marketing strategies for social media and podcast plans
- Spearheading PR/communications for fund deal announcements, rebrand launch and plans for new starters
- Extensive event management to include the new office launch, growth investor event and commercial partner event
- Holding regular meetings to review pipelines, resolve challenges and present solutions
- Managing marketing budgets
- Tracking and monitoring campaign results, analysing marketing performance and reporting on findings, offering a solutions and action plans, if needed

What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in similar senior marketing roles
- Strategic yet creative mindset with proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans
- Strong consumer brand experience
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, rebranding and communications
- Event management experience
- Experienced in content and social media marketing
- Budget management experience
- The ability to analyse key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools and produce reports and demonstrate results
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent decision–making capabilities
- Highly organised and able to work in a fast–paced environment with varying deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken)
- Forward–thinking, proactive, driven and focused with the desire to be 'hands–on'
Our client is looking for a special individual who can roll their sleeves up, jump in and deliver all of the marketing plans; they are offering a competitive salary up to GBP100k.
Standard company hours are 8am – 5.30pm.
