We're currently partnered with an early–stage startup in Bristol who are building an industry–leading security product for the legal sector, driven by predictive analytics and machine learning.

The company are currently at seed stage and are working towards their Series A round at the end of this year. The team currently sits at 8 and consists of a strong, experienced leadership team as well as a Tech Lead (Python, Typescript) and an experienced Data Science lead.

As Head of Product, your role will involve working directly with the CEO to form a robust Product strategy, drive innovation and implement best practices within the organisation. You will also be responsible for building a high–performing Product team and managing/mentoring them moving forwards.

Key skills/experience required:

** 5+ Years' experience in Product Management with min. 2 Years' experience leading Product teams and building Product strategies

** Previous experience in a startup environment – ideally experience building a Product team from scratch

** Passionate about good Product Development and Agile

** Strong Technical knowledge – not hands–on but able to have complex conversations with employees and consultants

** Demonstrated ability to conduct market and customer research and analysis to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
