Recruitment Partner

We're pleased to be recruiting this exciting new opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a reputable and established organisation in the Newcastle area.

As Recruitment Partner you will work as part of the recruitment team with accountability for sourcing specialist roles.

You will advise and lead in the provision of effective recruitment initiatives, reviewing their performance and implementing change when required. Other duties include writing job descriptions and job advertisements whilst co–ordinating the recruitment process.

Using your recruitment expertise, you will assist managers in the recruitment and selection process, providing proactive advice and guidance and working as a true partner and will utilise social media and innovative attraction methods to attract people to the business and increase awareness of the brand. A confident communicator, you will work with the HR team and Senior Management teams to ensure you have a good understanding of the business, and the varying resourcing challenges.
