Corporate/Commercial Associate Solicitor

Seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor looking to take a step up in their career by joining a new firm at Associate level.

This forward-thinking leading law firm based in Poole, has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Senior Lawyer in its corporate & commercial team in this key placement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. My client will consider at an Associate/Senior Associate level.

You will be handling a quality general commercial caseload including company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions.

Your role as a Commercial Solicitor - Associate/Senior Associate will involve:

• Handling own busy caseload unsupervised

• Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area, as well as nationally and internationally

• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
