My client, a well respected national firm who pride themselves on their commitment to the personal and career development of all employees within their dynamic and growing organisation, are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their offices in Nottingham.
The Role:
As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have a range of important responsibilities and duties, which will largely consist of managing your own caseload of high-quality commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Whilst acting on behalf of Lenders, Borrowers and Landowners, the matters may consist of:
* Landlord & Tenant
* Acquisitions
* Commercial Property Finances
* Disposals
* Leases
* Overage
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate substantial experience of managing your own portfolio of Commercial Property transactions and have excellent client communication skills. Ideally, you will boast 5+ years PQE and have an interest and experience in business development tasks.
