A new opportunity has arisen for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join and develop a career in a dynamic and fast growing construction team in central Leeds.

This L500 firm is seeking an ambitious non-contentious construction lawyer, between 2-7PQE, to join its busy team based in Leeds working with an existing high-quality client base.

The role will involve working closely with developers, contractors and large corporate and commercial clients with repeat instructions. You will also be developing a close day-to-day working relationship with the clients and will become a key point of contact with both internal and external client contacts.

This is a great opportunity where work will include drafting and negotiating high value contracts, and negotiating development obligations on complex property development agreements.

The priority for this role is meeting a busy non-contentious caseload, but there is scope to also undertake some contentious work if of interest to the post holder.

This role forms part of a highly respected specialist team, reporting to a Partner whilst also being able to work with limited supervision and ideally supervise more junior members of the team.
