In-House Commercial Legal Counsel is required in the Cambridgeshire region on a twelve-month fixed term contract. All levels considered with excellent remote working with the opportunity offered on either a part-time or full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally with In-House exposure) with all levels of PQE considered, who has a background within the commercial law having ideally handled a broad range of commercial contracts such as purchasing agreements; IT software licences, support and maintenance agreements and outsourcing agreements. Additional experience in GDPR and Procurement would be an advantage.
You will be able to work both independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A salary plus benefits with excellent remote working on offer with the role. Both part-time and full-time applicants will be considered.
