The Role:

My client, an innovative Commercial practice in Kent, are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team, to help service a growing client base. Joining a reputable team, this position will involve working with a broad range of companies both locally, nationally, and internationally.

The workload for the successful candidate will include commodity sale, purchase, supply and distribution agreements, shareholder agreements, construction and operation documentation and share/asset sale and purchase agreements.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, experienced in the areas mentioned above. Experience of finance documentation and intellectual property is advantageous, but not essential.

Working in a fast-moving environment, you will be expected to manage client matters to a successful conclusion, have a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets and have self-motivation and drive to deliver results in a growing team.

* £60,000-£80,000
