Our client is an established Coventry-based firm with a good reputation in the market for undertaking quality work across all commercial practices for a broad client-base. It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to focus on a high-quality Residential caseload and lead its Conveyancing team in Coventry.
Our client handles a significant amount of residential and commercial property transactions - as an experienced Property Lawyer (7PQE+), you will be expected to assist your colleagues with complex, high-value matters - prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members is essential. Extensive experience of dealing with complex Residential caseloads is equally essential, as you will be expected to act as the go-to person for technical advice to the team. Our client is open to considering CLC-Qualified Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors.
