An outstanding, senior level opportunity has become available in Central Leeds within a leading Employment and Pensions team who act for over 200 registered providers of social housing and an increasing number of corporate clients across the UK.
This leading Top 100 firm are ideally looking to recruit a senior employment solicitor with 6 years' PQE to join their team. You will be managing your own caseload, which will comprise of a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as providing supervision to junior members of the team.
The successful employment solicitor will advise on routine matters such as misconduct, sickness absence, grievances, TUPE advice and drafting, conduct of employment tribunal litigation up to hearing stage, preparation, negotiation and advice on settlement agreements, industrial relations and strike action, restructures and more.
Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial if you have a knowledge of pensions law and/or social housing knowledge.
