Banking and Finance Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a banking and finance solicitor (NQ - 5) to join a well-established Legal500 firm's multi-award-winning Banking team.

You will be based in Glasgow but have the option of remote working. You will be responsible for all aspects of lending transactions for lenders and borrowers, ranging from banks, insurers, corporates and debt funds. Furthermore, you will be involved in business development and marketing initiatives with Dentons colleagues globally.

You will desirably have had experience in general banking work within private practice while demonstrating a keen enthusiasm in the latest trends and decisions in finance law. You will also show the organisational and communication skills to adhere to tight deadlines and build effective client relationships to aide business development.
