Our client is socially responsible landlord based in London. Currently they are seeking an experienced Head of Housing for a temporary contract for three months. The hours of work are 35 hours per week. Duties will include:
– Lead and manage the team to provide consistent delivery of localised wide services including neighbourhood services, lettings and housing moves, tenancy solutions, independent living services, homeowner services, housing operations, supported and agency managed housing
– Strategic lead for Housing Services in the following areas: Home Moves, Tenancy Solutions, Home Ownership, Home Budgets
– Responsible to the Assistant Director of Housing Services for ensuring strong performance in the field of operations and housing management and providing clear leadership to managers and staff
– Seek customer feedback on housing services and actively use this in order to continuously improve services deliver
