You will need to be eligible for security clearance and a British national only
The Role:
High proficiency in requirements elicitation, definition, decomposition and traceability maintenance.
Experience of design and delivery to develop complex, technical solutions in accordance with plans and processes.
Experience of agile systems and/or software development for product delivery to external customers.
Experience of engineering gate reviews.
Self–motivated with an aptitude for problem solving and driving difficult issues to conclusion.
Excellent verbal and written communication / collaboration skills.
Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders of varying seniorities.
It would be nice if you had:
Knowledge of passive / active sensor systems (e.g. signal processing and identification).
Knowledge of Electronic Warfare (EW) operations and countermeasure systems
Understanding of airborne electronic warfare detection / countermeasure system and Radar system concept of operations.
Knowledge of mission planning, mission data generation, and mission analysis.
Knowledge of web–based / micro–service architectures.
Understanding of issues associated with managing large data repositories.
Experience of Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (or alternative) for lifecycle management.
Experience of MathWorks products.
Experience of working alongside military end–users (e.g. to provide SME support)
