Senior Childcare Lawyer Local Authority London Borough
Your new company
An Inner London Local Authority seeking an interim Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their team initially for 7 weeks.
Your new role
As a senior childcare solicitor you will be undertaking multi day contested hearings, including up to 5 days at county court level. You will be producing thresholds, case summaries, position statements and orders on a self contained basis. Furthermore, you will provide written advice to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, CILEX or equivalent, with experience in childcare law, preferably in the public sector. You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional time management skills, able to efficiently prioritise tasks.
