In-house Legal Counsel - Construction
Bath, Leeds or Manchester with flexible/remote working options
Up to £70,000 + benefits
An excellent opportunity for a construction lawyer to work on some of the most high-profile building and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.
Working as part of an established in-house legal team you will be provided with excellent ongoing support and mentoring to develop your career in-house. Working closely with the Project Managers / Engineers you will support the business with a wide range of matters including contract reviews, bid support, professional appointments, warranties, third party agreements, partnering agreements, and joint ventures.
You will ideally have had construction experience however commercial lawyers who can demonstrate a passion to move in-house in a construction focussed position are also encouraged to apply. You will also be able to demonstrate you have the softer skills to develop strong relationships with the business.
