A top tier hedge fund is currently looking for a senior investment compliance candidate to join a growing compliance team

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary compliance coverage of Asia portfolio management and trading, providing compliance advice on handling of confidential information, allocation issues, trading and other compliance related matters
  • Conduct pre–trade and post–trade compliance monitoring
  • Delivered annual compliance training to portfolio management and trading team
  • Oversight of the compliance testing program
  • Handle regulatory filings

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of investment / portfolio compliance experience in sizeable asset managers in Hong Kong
  • Sound working knowledge of equity and OTC Derivatives
  • Extensive experience in working with SFC and SEC
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
