Deputy Director HR / OD – South East

Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS Trust based in the South East who are looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Director of HR & OD. Reporting directly into the Executive Director of HR & OD you will deliver a highly effective service which supports managers to develop a people–oriented, high performance culture that emphasises engagement, productivity and quality. Your new role as Deputy Director of HR / OD:

As the Deputy Director of HR & OD you will develop and implement the workforce strategy and plan for the Trust to ensure their workforce is fit for the future and meets the strategic objectives. You will support the Director of HR & OD in developing remuneration and reward strategies in line with NHS policy which support the operational and financial priorities of the Trust. You will have a strategic approach to the health and well–being agenda to support staff in what are often highly pressurised and stressful clinical and non–clinical roles.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Member of CIPD or equivalent, demonstrable and credible experience in a senior management role involving successful management of a diverse HR & OD team within a complex organisation ideally within an NHS environment. Extensive in–depth demonstrable success in delivering change and performance with and through management teams, good understanding of equality and diversity issues and specialist knowledge of employee relations.
