SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Warwickshire based manufacturing business who are looking for a Divisional Financial Controller on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for three companies in the group, ensuring that best practice is employed across the whole group.
Reporting into the CFO, you will have gained experience in a divisional role and will be adept at budgeting, forecasting and costs analysis, as well as consolidations to ensure effective reporting to group level.
You will be a key point of contact for the senior management team and will be comfortable in presenting to the board, as well as getting your sleeves rolled up and being in the detail.
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), you will have experience within manufacturing and will be comfortable at shop floor level to ensure effective process improvements are disseminated throughout the business.
