We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the members of our in–house ICT team.
You will support the requirements gathering, planning, design, development, implementation and operation of business systems and digital services.
You will support continuous improvement through a creative approach and enthusiasm for carrying forward innovative ideas that can turned into realistic solutions, while ensuring these solutions are supported in the operational IT environment.
As part of our ICT team, we want you to have:
* Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 and MSP
* Previous experience of delivery technology change in a multi–sourced ICT environment
* Experience of supporting the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business friendly language
* Ability to work effectively and execute tasks in a high–pressure environment
* Good analytical and creative problem–solving skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to develop small–scale business cases and support the presentation of proposals to senior managers for approval
* Ability to work with business colleagues to collaboratively develop detailed business requirements for technology enabled business change
