Ambitious Property Lawyer (Solicitor / Legal Executive) sought for new role with an established, well-regarded firm in Coventry.

Based in Coventry and surroundings
THE ROLE:
The wider Property department covers a broad range of matters - from providing advice on general sales/purchases and development queries to specialist focus on finance and planning, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own niche within this varied department.
The role itself will focus on providing specialist advise to private individuals, companies, charities and trusts, whilst at the same time providing assistance to the wider Property team (and their wide variety of clients) on more general property matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is being flexible in its search and is open to considering junior lawyers (legal executives / solicitors) with at least 3PQE , with their training and experience gained at a reputable regional or local firm.
The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstate the core skills, quality and versatility needed to work on most types of property matter. You will be someone with a commercial outlook who will be comfortable advising a wide varierty of clients.
