We seek a Project Director able to ensure the effective management and delivery of a major new build project in line with customer expectations ensuring successful completion safely, on time, on budget while meeting quality standards.
About the Role
As Project Director you will have full P&L accountability for the project. You will need to be financially astute and able to provide positive leadership and clear direction to a wide–ranging team to ensure the right culture and behaviours are embedded and enhance the performance of the project team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of operations related to the project and production delivery form safety and quality, risk management, design management, commercial, planning, project compliance and reporting etc.
You will need to develop and grow both the strategic customer relationship and your team with your responsibilities including resourcing, training and development, coaching and performance management.
About You
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering major projects through to successful completion. Your experience will include the management of high rise projects.
You will be a team–player, able to initiate change and thrive in a fast–moving flexible environment. You are someone who can see the bigger picture whilst maintaining a day to day grasp of the financial dimensions of the project and ensure every contributing to the project is on board, motivated and on track
