The Opportunity

We have the opportunity for you to join our Group Responsible Business team as a Business Analyst. In this role you can expect to be:

* Developing and implementing auditable data capture and management systems

* Maintaining and improving the Key Performance Indicator dashboards and monthly reporting

* Organising, cleansing and analysing large data sets

* Providing insight and recommendations through trend reporting to allow operational and corporate teams to make informed decisions and prioritise actions

* Working with internal business partners and external service providers to obtain data and use it to inform reporting and insight

The Right Person

We are one big team and we look for people to join our business who want to work with others but take responsibility for doing their best every day to help to make the business a success. We are looking for someone who:

* Has a degree in a relevant subject or significant experience in a similar role

* Previous business analysis experience ideally within a large multi site organisation and manufacturing

* Proven stakeholder and project management experience

* Experience in planning and implementing projects driven by data improvement

* Has experience of internal and external performance reporting

* Experience of developing partnership working

* Any experience of designing and delivering presentations/workshops would be an advantage but is not essential

* Experience of ethical reporting is an advantage but not essential

* IT skills particularly on Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint and Power BI as well as Sharepoint

* Able to adapt communications to your audience
