Head of Building Surveying

Our Client is seeking for an experienced Associate / Director of Building Surveying to help grow a team in Bristol for an Independent consultancy. The focus is to grow the consultancies Building Surveying offering in this region, a small team is already established.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in building surveying and chartered with 4–5 years PQE, an individual that possess strong inter–personal skills, be sociable and prepared to work proactively on delivery and growing the region.
This individual must be looking for a challenge and somewhere they can make an impact within the business.
The work is predominantly focused on the delivery of projects up to GBP3m, surveying programmes and the occasional professional building surveying instruction.
You, will have knowledge and demonstrate capability in delivering projects using JCT forms of contract, defects diagnosis, preparation of specifications and report writing. Experience in CAD would also be desirable.
You would be joining a multi–disciplinary Consultancy that provide a spread of projects across all public and private sector markets from GBP500k to GBP500m.
The role offers a highly competitive salary with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 10% plus a great benefits package. The culture is relaxed and friendly and the projects are exciting. This is a consultancy where you will receive support when needed but have the autonomy to show your strengths enabling you to climb the ladder quickly.
