A Top 100 law firm, our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for its team based in Manchester. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
This leading National firm is looking to expand its corporate team based in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated corporate team and supporting and leading on a wide range of corporate work, from M&A deals, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements through to equity capital fundraising, compliance and corporate governance. This will be a mixed client base of all sectors. Our client is expecting candidates to be 3+ years' PQE coming from a Regional or National law firm
