Associate Director of Operations – Essex
Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with one of the leading NHS Trusts based in Essex. You will be joining at an exciting time as the NHS Trust is leading and supporting integration of community services across Essex. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will display a genuine commitment to their vision and values. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivery both operational and strategically and you will need to inspire and energise staff, internal and external stakeholders.
Your new role as Associate Director of Operations:
As the Associate Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the operational, financial and quality delivery of operational services within the Division. You will ensure clear development and delivery of strategy in line with Trust strategy, designing and developing and implementing financial and people plans as well as supporting system to implement these, ensuring that the services delivered are of a high–quality patient care in the most efficient, productive and rewarding way for its staff and patients. You will take the day–to–day responsibility and accountability for the operational running of the Division and develop and implement plans to deliver the relevant Trust objectives as required.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
Previous experience at Senior Manager level, significant demonstrable experience of senior operational management in the NHS, proven ability to manage change, service activity and development within complex organisations. Excellent communications skills, ability to balance strategic and operational management and effective decision making.
