What you'll be doing???

An exciting opportunity to join a team of multi–talented digital specialists who have turned over GBP3 million + in the last 3 years. Well–known in their market for their digital transformations, complete overhauls to large greenfield projects from the ground up; this is a unique opportunity to join them as a Product Manager!

You'll be taking ownership of the delivery of digital solutions within a talented team of delivery specialists. This is a Senior role – you need to have delivered projects before and know the ropes. You will see projects right through from discovery to product completion in an AGILE environment. You will be passionate about all things product – and influence and shape product best practice being known as the go to "product evangelist" in the business. You will sit in a multi–talented, tight–knit, friendly and flat–structured team of digital consultants.

You'll be joining a multi–talented, tight–knit, friendly, and flat–structured team of 'digital consultants' as a Product Manager. You'll be reporting to the head of product and working closely with the product director (and co founder!), product specialists and wider team.

Main responsibilities:

• Creating product strategies and roadmaps for clients
• AGILE/waterfall/ hybrid approach (depending on the need)
• Running delivery ceremonies
• Engaging senior stakeholders and service teams
• Guiding the team and identifying and overcoming issues
• Approving user stories, sprint plans and deliverables

Within the next year, their ultimate aim is to develop their own digital products. They have ideas which they would love to grow and get going!

Key Skills

• 3+ years in product – building digital products (Web platforms & more)
• AGILE methodology
• Full product lifecycle from conception through to delivery
• Ideally B2C experience
