Chief Financial Officer (Interim)

Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are currently handling the recruitment of an Interim Chief Financial Officer who has worked within private equity for a growing SME business. The business is based in North Wales and will be on site full–time therefore the successful individual must be happy to commute on a daily basis or stay over mid week.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• A clear focus on the commercial finance strategy of the business to support the continued growth of the organisation, via investment opportunities, M&A activities and organic growth
• Ensuring all systems and processes of the business are in good working order to support expansion
• Key member of the Board working with other senior stakeholders, banks, investment houses
• Forward planning, budgeting, designing financial models to assess financial performance
• Annual budgeting, financial audit, risk, compliance, insurance
• Managing and developing finance function

Skills/Experience

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Private Equity & Board Level experience essential
• SME background preferred
• Excellent IT & systems skills
• Available to start at short notice
• The role is based on site, so successful individual must either willing to travel to this area daily, or consider staying over during the week
