Corporate Commercial Partner sought on a permanent basis for boutique practice in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor or partner to take the next step in their career within an expanding practice in Cardiff. Utilising your skills and expertise in corporate commercial matters, the successful partner will manage a varied and complex caseload, providing high quality advice to HNW clients and SME companies. Additionally, you will have a passion for business development able to generate work and build long–lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drafting shareholder and settlement agreements
• Reviewing commercial agreements
• Corporate governance
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Sale and purchase transactions
• Insolvency disputes
• Corporate takeovers and structures
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Participating in business development

The Candidate

• Qualified solicitors and partners with a minimum of 10 years' PQE
• Technically proficient in corporate commercial matters
• A following of clients to bring to the practice is highly advantageous
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• IT literate
• Is personable, professional and detail orientated
• Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
