As part of your role as an Accounts and Business Advisory Services Director, you will be working as a key member of our Ayrshire Senior Management team, nurturing, and developing our client base. This position will have strong development opportunities and will have a clear and natural progression route to Partner within the near future. You will be working closely with our Ayrshire Partners to drive the success of the office, while managing client relationships, winning work, and developing the team. From a technical perspective, you will be working closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day–to–day compliance and advisory aspects.

To drive forward our growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director to maximize new client opportunities and develop our existing client relationships further. Qualifications and experience will be important but equally so will your ability to communicate well and ambition to progress in your career.

In addition, your role will involve supporting and developing existing staff members to ensure they are reaching their full potential and providing the best service possible to our clients. You will naturally excel in a leadership position and understand the importance of teamwork.

The successful candidate will be ACCA/ICAS/ICAEW qualified and will have demonstrable experience working in a similar position within an accountancy firm. As this position will be working as part of the Senior Management team, you will be supported and encouraged in your own development and progression.
