The ideal applicant will have the following experience:

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • Good knowledge in agile and Safe agile
  • Managed multiple scrum teams
  • Knowledge in Agile Metrics
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in leading a team
  • Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Possess a relevant certification (SSM, CSM, PSM or equivalent)
