A leading Management Consulting organisation is building a team of Team Level Agile Coaches to work on a major Agile Transformation programme for an internationally recognised brand.
Suitable Agile professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:
- Must have broad experience as Agile Coach at Team Level
- Must have proven coaching, training, mentoring skill set on Agile
- Must possess knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (preferably SAFe)
- Must possess knowledge of Agile development practices
- Experience supported by at least one of the following industry certifications: SCRUM, SAFe, DAD, LeSS, IC Agile etc.
- A strong consulting toolkit and have strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong academic background (BSc/MSc)
