Head of Litigation
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well–known regional firm in Manchester who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor to head up this area of work.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a good working background of civil/commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with strong business development experience to help drive growth of the new team and wider firm. You will need to be capable of handling a varied caseload, with strong negotiation skills and proven management experience. There is currently an existing caseload for you to pick up whilst continually developing new business and building a successful team around you.
You will head the litigation team, managing an existing group of fee earners with overall day–to–day responsibility, and incorporated as part of the wider Litigation Group that encompasses Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation and General Litigation, so there is a strong collaborative feel within the firm.
A competitive salary to GBP60k (DOE) is offered.
