Software Development Manager | Java | Javascript | Agile | AWS | SaaS | Remote working

Creo are looking for a Software Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading SaaS companies to help their business going through a period of rapid growth, you will be working alongside two other Software Development Managers.

You will be responsible for managing a team of around 15-20 agile software developers, the tech stack is based around Java and Go with some Legacy PHP and React Javascript on the Front End.

Please see below for what we're looking for:

- Proven software development management skills, ideally with at least 2 or 3 years previous experience leading teams in software development manager or tech lead type role

- Proven experience hiring and managing high performing agile software development teams

- Ideally you will have managed large teams previously

- Ideally you will come from a software development background and have experience on at least one of their main technologies such as Java, Go, PHP or Javascript.

This is a key hire for this business, we can wait for notice periods of up to 3 months but the sooner we can have someone started the better.
