Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be partnering exclusively with our fantastic client in recruiting a Financial Controller to work in Portsmouth. This is a permanent, full time position, reporting to a MD who is very supportive and open to new ideas/changes.
Within this role you will be managing and mentoring a team of 6 direct reports and take ownership of the full accounts reporting schedule. Somebody who has group reporting experience would be advantageous.
Sitting within the Senior Leadership Team, you will have good commercial acumen to partner within the business. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational planning, implementation and stewardship of all finance activities!
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified | dynamic | enthusiastic |positive | excellent communicator | proficient on excel | strong team leader | coming from a background in manufacturing would be highly desirable.
Our client is offering a salary of GBP60–75k D.O.E, plus some fantastic benefits, as well as free on–site parking.
