My client, a well-established Law firm are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their offices in Bedfordshire.
The Role:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitors will have a range of responsibilities and duties which will largely entail, management of your own caseload. The caseload will involve a mixed bag of Commercial Property transactions including but not limited to: Sale, Purchases, Leases, Landlord & Tenant.
To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience of working within a Commercial Property department and be extremely competent in managing your own files with no supervision. This role would be suited to an individual with 5 years PQE and have excellent attention to detail.
