Director, Global Oracle CoE - WD
What you will do
Johnson Controls (JCI) is undergoing a significant business transformation program and we need your Oracle expertise to make it a success! We've embarked on a multi-year journey to transform various ERP's across our Installation and Services businesses from on-premise legacy platforms to the Oracle Fusion ERP.
We are currently looking for an experienced Global Oracle CoE (Centre of Enablement) Leader with knowledge across a variety of functional processes as well expertise in Oracle technical architecture. In this role you will lead a global team of Oracle Architects across all our key regions.
You will have a high level of resilience, a structured thought process to help drive clarity in a challenging and evolving environment. It also requires a excellent capacity to deliver under pressure, the capability to support a wide range of stakeholders globally and the flexibility to operate through multiple time zones.
Remote working option will be considered across various location in Europe and the US.
How you will do it
Lead and grow a team of internal Oracle Solution Architects to define a harmonized Oracle processes across the entire scope of functional processes (RTR, OTC, PTC, PTP, PTF) and multiple instances of Oracle Fusion, segmented by region.
Drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our entire Oracle ERP eco system incorporating multiple locations with a specific focus on our Installation, Service, and Retail businesses.
Define, communicate, and implement the global multiple instance strategy.
Owns the factory model, resource planning, deliverables, quality, and SLAs with our strategic partners.
Execute Oracle Fusion programs in conjunction with Partner Organizations for Solution Delivery.
Providing functional industry-specific subject matter expertise to support requirements gathering, solution design, and oversight.
Work with Project teams and manage Instance Strategies for Fusion transformation roll outs of all regions (EMELA, APAC and NA).
Closely work with IT business leaders to prioritise approved projects to support the business in existing on-premise EBS Applications.
Work with platform team to manage Instance Strategies and non-production refresh schedules with a minimum impact to inflight projects,
Qualifications
What we look for
Required
A proven track record as a leader with extensive experience of Oracle ERP and Oracle EBS. Any experience with Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
Experience working in complex multinational organisations
Must have expertise with at least two of the following functional areas: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Field Services, Project Management, Order Management, Supply Chain, Subscription and Configuration, Pricing and Quotes.
People management skills and expertise in coaching, motivation, salary planning, assessment, career planning.
Extensive experience leading projects in an onsite/offshore model
Good understanding of functional and technical capabilities of both on-premise & cloud oracle products.
Experience of designing integration frameworks with Oracle.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion
