*Strategic Marketing & Commercial Ops Director, EMEA – Neurology – Hertfordshire*
This family owned Global Pharmaceutical organisation are exclusively focused on the secondary care sector and specialise in ground breaking treatments including Oncology and Neurology.
They now seek a talented candidate to join their highly successful EMEA Neurology team, where you will provide strategic marketing and commercial operational support to the VP, EMEA Dementia Franchise Lead, driving the strategic marketing and commercial activities across the dementia franchise.
You will also:

* Support the commercial objectives for the EMEA dementia portfolio in the Neurology Business Group
* Develop & implement the EMEA Alzheimer's Disease (AD) strategic plan
* Lead and develop the early commercialisation plans
* Identify and develop broader EMEA AD "ecosystem" opportunities aligned with global priorities with focus on awareness, prevention, screening/early detection/diagnosis, monitoring and integrated care
* Coordinate the EMEA marketing and commercial activities for the AD portfolio
* Build strong links with their JV AD team to effectively launch and identify and develop the early commercialisation activities for key brand
* Work closely with the affiliates to ensure effective local implementation of the commercialisation strategy
Experience required:

* Demonstrated pharmaceutical industry experience to include expertise in marketing strategy and tactics, commercial policies and practices and alliance management
* Global commercial, strategic and launch experience
* Experience of working across strategic alliances
* Demonstrated track record of marketing success, ideally demonstrated by successful product launches and/or sustained commercial growth
* Experience with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
* Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement multi–dimensional marketing and business plans
* Experience managing cross–functional teams or work groups as well as support and development of direct reports
