Head of Finance Business Partnering (12m FTC)

We're looking for a commercially focused finance business partner with experience of business partnering activities in commercial environments to join our team as Head of Finance Business Partnering.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll l ead the planning, delivery and reporting of the group wide Financial Business Plan with a focus on internal management information to better understand our business.

You'll work with key stakeholders around the business to understand what is going on, challenging numbers and action plans where needed in a tactful way, working with peers to ensure delivery of plans and ensuring accountability through a reliable c ycle of reporting and analysis.

You'll be a h ighly visible and credible leader, able to act and communicate in a way that builds energy and commitment to the strategic direction of the business with a genuine interest in shaping and developing the team.

Please note this role is a 12–month fixed–term contract and will be home based in line with our new 'smart working' approach; there may be a requirement to attend meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines.
