Corporate Solicitor - NQ-4 PQE - Reading

A well-established, full-service law firm based in Reading are looking to grow their corporate team at the junior level. With a strong pipeline of exciting work ahead, this opportunity has arisen due to growth. Working as part of this team, you will be working with multiple different partners on a broad range of corporate transactions.

The work on offer will include private equity, insolvency, banking and venture capital matters. The client base the team work with vary in size from start-ups to multi-million corporations and the deals are of very high value. This opportunity will allow you to develop your career as a corporate solicitor within a friendly and collaborative team. You will not be pigeonholed in your workload and you will be given lots of client contact with the right supervision.

To be considered for a role in this successful team, you will:

• Be A qualified solicitor or due to qualify soon;
• Have trained at a ranked Regional / London firm;
• Have experience in corporate law;
• Have your own initiative and the ambition to succeed.
