Mark Sattin are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading international business in Manchester to recruit a Head of Professional Services.
My client, who act as trusted advisors to businesses in the automotive industry, are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead their client facing tax and audit division. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Professional Services will be responsible for a team of over 20 staff and will oversee the professional auditing, tax advice and accountancy services to over 100 clients. The successful candidate will secure new business within the automotive industry and ensure the customer satisfaction and retention of exisiting clients.
In order to be considered for the role it is envisaged that you will already be operating at Tax Director or Partner level in a professional services firm, although exceptional Senior Managers will also be considered. Due to the market facing nature of the role, it is essential that you possess exceptional business development and networking skills that underpin your technical expertise. It is also vital that you are a strong leader and team player that can motivate others.
If you are successful, you will enjoy working for a dynamic business that empowers their staff and be in a position to genuinely influence decisions at board level. In addition to a superb starting package, there will also be profit sharing options and development opportunities as the business continues to expand their global footprint.
